Pakset A.Ş. was established in 2003, starting up on a 2800 sq meter cover facility, 2500 sq meter area with 8 machines and 15 employees.Today Pakset reach 10.000 sq meter cover facility and 129 employees with 30 last system Nestal injection and 13 units Waldorf I.M.L. Robot with 3 units print press with Kase brand .

Pakset General Coordinator Mithat Büyükalim who wants to allows, long -lived products, understanding of service, quality and stabilization its customers, prefer Dahlih MCH 800 with Tezmaksans quarantee of sales-service and finding suitable solutions.

Pakset Techinical Manager Hasan Alagöz explains that Dahlih MCH 800 ;

Allows precision and working process at plastic injection moulding.
Plastic injection moulds that they machine are big and heavy that is why installing them on the machine table and machining take too much time.With Dahlih MCH 800 ,it takes lesstime to machine coolant holes on the molds because of the capability of machine with 1 fixing.

With the special tool gun drill and special selected coolant through spindle function for drilling coolant holes on the mould, tha normal drilling length capacity which is three times bigger of drilling diameter is being increased to fourty times and with 4 mm gun drill ,its possible to drill 150 length holes with Dahlih.

They are machining now drilling operations in three hours while they used in 3 days.
