İNAN MACHINE


The İnan Machine Company at the İkitelli Organize Sanayi with a 10.000 square meter area was established in 1972 by Mehmet Tuscuoğlu.İnan Machine still continues to serve the whole world.

The company which is very professional in its sector has continued manufacturing and selling 9000 different parts like crusher, piston, cutter and Kama since 2003.

İnan Makina which has 260 employees and 140 machines has increased the number of its Cnc Machine Tools to 60.İnan Machine made its first transition to Cnc Machine tools with Mori Seiki SL-35.The number of Cnc Machines tools increased to 60 in time. In this expansion they also chose Goodway,Mori Seiki NT 6300 DCG.Inan Machine production manager Hasan Tuncer explained the reason behind their choice of NT 4300 DCG;

*First of all Mori Seiki is the best machine suitable for İnan Makina
*Error Minimization
*Elimination of binding errors
*Proven Success with geometrical shapes and surface quality.
*Finally production of a product that normally requires 4 machines can be processed by the NT 4300DCG alone .

He also explained that they are planning production of grabber , crusher and cutter inside 2008. Preparations for these projects will be completed at the end of February.
